Processing & Delivery time
Order processing time on ALL orders is 1-2 weeks
Delivery time is then an added 2-4 days
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges & cancellations
Just contact us within : 14 days
Post items back : within 30 days
Request a cancellation : within 24 hours of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of returns
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Just a note :
All Khaos Club products are all embroidered & printed to order (MADE TO ORDER).
This means we buy in products as and when an order is placed to reduce ‘over-purchasing’ & ‘dead stock’, which therefore in turn, creates a more sustainably conscious production method.
From here it is then embroidered, packaged & then finally sent out for delivery.
Processing time + Delivery transit time
= Estimated Delivery Date
Please bare in mind that this is a small business run by one individual, so the processing time allows for hold ups with suppliers, garment embellishment issues & any other unforeseen issues that may occur when running a small business.
