How long does it take for my order to be made?

Processing times are between 1-2 weeks + delivery!

This is due to the fact that each order is supplied & then embroidered/ printed on a made-to-order basis in order to reduce ‘dead stock’.

What delivery company do you use?

EVRI (hermes) , they are the easiest delivery company to use for bulk sends! Allows for easy tracking as well for both us and for you! Also allows orders to be sent out after typical post office opening hours!

Do you except returns / exchanges ?

Yes we do ! The return needs to be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

As long as the item is not personalised , there is no sign of wear & the tags are still in the garments / products, we will happily refund or exchange items.
